Welding

We currently have six fully equipped welding bays and can offer a full range of welding processes to suit almost all materials and applications. Weld tests are conveniently carried out in a test facility opposite to the main fabrication work shop. To complement out manual welding we also have a Fanuc robotic welding plant for higher production runs. This has a large working envelope and we can weld parts up to 1.5x0.75x0.75m and is repeatable to within 0.1mm We are experts in welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
